Chef de Cuisine
Prior to joining the culinary team at Paragary’s, Paul DiPierro spent time working in the kitchens of Sacramento’s Esquire Grill and The Kitchen Restaurant, and St. Helena’s The Restaurant at Meadowood. Initially hoping to earn a business degree from UCSB almost ten years ago, Paul quickly changed his mind and enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena in 2006 where he advanced his culinary skills and developed a profound appreciation for outstanding food. While he enjoys cooking many different cuisines, he especially likes making desserts that are not only delicious, but beautiful too.
